Delivery Method
All bouquets are hand-delivered with our vans, and no cardboard is used. Flowers are in the water at all times and flowers are fresher. If you are not in, then we will contact a neighbor.
Delivery Cut Off
Orders placed before 2 PM GMT during Weekdays & Saturdays will be offered a SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE for orders in Croydon.
Delivery Times
MONDAY TO SATURDAY from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM will be our fixed LOCAL DELIVERY schedule. Any deliveries outside of these times need prior arrangements.

Nationwide Delivery
We do offer a nationwide delivery service through our network of local florists UK wide. All flowers will be hand-delivered by an independent professional florist in the same way that we deliver flowers locally in Croydon, and the same terms and conditions apply.
Substitution
If you are ordering flowers last minute, there is a possibility that we will have to substitute some of the flowers, but we will endeavour to use similar flowers at the same value.

Orders to be delivered in Croydon will be personally delivered by Kane’s Quality Florist drivers and they can reach the following popular locations:
